Currently, ASP's in-person programming focuses on building community for intimate conversations about what people learned from their scars.

Prior to attending the program, participants will pre-register their scars and receive a printed version of their IDs, alongside inked stamps customized to the contours of their scars.

During the program, participants will kick off by showing each other their IDs, then sharing memorable moments related to their scars. The interaction will conclude with participants stamping their “scars'” onto the back of each others’ IDs. The stamped scars thus become the personal signatures, while the stamped IDs become the carrier of the process of acknowledgement.
